Growing up, I always loved being in the kitchen with my mom and grandma. I learned a lot from my grandma and as I grew up, my passion for baking increased immensely.
Out of high school, I couldn't decide what I wanted to do. I attended community college but it was not for me. One night while watching the Food Network, I came across a commercial for The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). From that moment I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I attended ICE and graduated with a pastry arts degree in March 2016.
In October 2016 I started my own business known as Baked to Perfection. I wanted to share my passion with others and thats exactly what I do.
I am a local baker based in Westchester, New York who specializes in cupcakes. I also make cookies, brownies, vegan products and more upon request.
All of the products are baked fresh to order, using the highest quality of ingredients.
